Service Availability Guarantee Scope
MyGlobalHost Service Availability Guarantee is to have customer's
web sites available 99.99% of the time.
Scheduled Maintenance Scope
Scheduled Maintenance shall mean any maintenance in the data
center or on the server itself where the customers data is
stored (a) of which customer is notified 24-48 hours in advance
and (b) that is performed during a standard maintenance window
on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3AM to 6AM local time of the
data center.
Service Availability Guarantee Process
If customer notifies customer support immediately upon failure
to access the customers web site or other data and MyGlobalHost
determines in its reasonable commercial judgment that the
server is unavailable due to a server outage caused solely
by the items of the service managed exclusively by MyGlobalHost
that outage will be used to calculate server unavailability.
Service Availability Guarantee Remedy
For unavailability for one or more (but fewer than four) consecutive
hours during a calendar month, MyGlobalHost upon customers
request will credit customers account for such month the prorated
charges for one day's service of that web site or server.
Or if MyGlobalHost so determines that the web site or server
was unavailable for four (4) or more consecutive hours during
any calendar month, MyGlobalHost upon customers request will
credit customers account for such month for the prorated charges
for one week's service for that web site or server. Credits
will not apply to charges for services other than the Monthly/Yearly
fees.
